Q45 will not start

My Q 45a will not sart, make noises like it wants to but does not. I am new to NICO club someone please HELP? It started as full active suspension cut off or car cutting off and then one day it would not start.

Do you hear a clicking noise when you try to start the car?

Did the car show signs that the starter was dying (Slow to startup...)?

Does the engine get fuel as in can you hear the fuel pump prime for ~5 seconds?

Did you do anything else to the car?

The noise it makes is a rmmmmmm like it wants to start. Took it to a shop that said the it sounds like I need a new timing chain. What noise would it make if i need a fuel pump or a starter relay?

Duh! The Q45 is an overhead valve engine as opposed to an old Ford Flathead.True 32 valve V8 are somewhat rare but not as rare as V10 or V12.Why not research before posting and showing your lack of automotive expertise or incorrect usage of jargon..................newbees might take your posts as gospel based on post count inflation.

Ford, GM, Chrysler-MB have all made 32 valve V8, some as early as 1990 when Q debuted. About 3,000 ZR-1s were produced for 1990 and ~ 4800 were sold in total thru 1995.
