Q45 types

ive seen different types of Q45s, like Q45, Q45a and Q45t, can anybody explain this?

Q45 is the base model.Q45a is an active suspension with adjustable suspension.Q45t is a sportier model, has a rear lip spoiler (atleast on G50 90-96) and different wheels.

Earlier Q45t had "HICAS" 4 wheel steering, heated seats, different (BBS) wheels, spoiler, and in-trunk 10 disc Sony CD changer (that poops out regularly).'94 or '95 was last year for HICAS.

Generally I like Sony products, but those 10 disc CD changers are absolute crap. I had a '90 Nissan 300ZX that came with one. I had to replace it twice (fortunately under warranty). My '95 Q45a had its unit changed three times. The last time it wasn't under warranty so I bought a 6 disc changer from an Infiniti dealer on eBay. I think that was about 3 years ago and its still working fine.
