q45 throttle body/TPS

I recently picked up a q45 throttle body off ebay for dirt. Unfortunately i didnt notice befor hand that it didnt come complete with a TPS. My question is, is it an interchangeable part? Can i use something other than a Q45 TPS (comeon SR or KA TPS!)? Or am i bound for a trip to the junkyards.. Thanks
