has anyone used this setup on the ca? have access to getting one cheap from junkyard. damn thing is big as hell.

I am using a KA24de Throttle body, bigger and it is plug and play no mods.

more like 85mm. i have an extra one and measured it. you would need a custom manifold to use it.

More than enough for the CA. IMHO, not worth the amount of modification. Sell it and go get an Edelbrock unit for a ford mustang 75mm and worth the $200 as well.

Yeah, the ablsolute max. size you would be able to fit to the CA is maybe 70-75mm w/ serious porting to the stock manifold.

i figured the stock mani would be way toooo small. I guess I'll just leave it be and just snag the vlsd off the thing. hopefully they wont charge too much for it.

im putting a q45 TB on the CPC plenum ( and the ID on the flange side of a q45 TB is 82.5mm the OD on the inlet side is around 90, i dont remember what it came out to)
