Q45 TB on an SR20Det need help annd or suggestions.

Ok since I am really new to this whole Nissan and turbo thing I would like some suggestions. As I have been doing a lot of reading I have found that the Infiniti Q45 throttle body is a great add on to gain HP. My CRX has a 70MM TB and it gave it great response. Anyway I was at the salvage yard today looking for misc parts for my 92 240sx and ran across a Q45 with the TB still intact so needless to say I picked it up at a great price (compared to ebay!) Now I have been trying to find an intake manifold that would bolt up to this 90mm monster. All I find are the greddy 70mm but I would love to use Tomei. To tell you the truth anything that I can use to bolt this bad boy up to would be nice. I read on one page that I will have to do some serious tuning to get this to run nice and another said its just a bolt on! Which one is right? All suggestions and help are greatly appreciated. Well so far the only thing I am finding is that Tomei makes an adapter plate for $375. A little crazy just to put this nice TB on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
