Q45 Swap Need Help

Hello Im new on this site but I have been reading here for a while now. I originally did a TT swap in my 300 but decided to scrap it and go with the Q45 swap. I need advice?1. Will I need to do something with the oil pan2. I have a 350z transmission does anyone make a plate or do I have to just fabricate3. Can I use a 300zx clutch and flywheel or do I have to use the 350zs4. I have an one piece Z1 driveshaft will a 300z driveshaft fit a 350z tranny5. Will I need to cut my hood to fit engine6. What supercharger will be the best fit and least amount of effort to fit7. Is there any drawbacks to having precats and if so should I gut them cut them or what
