What is the Q45 stud pattern? Is it 5X114.5? And Does anyone knw the required offset?Is it the same as Skyline and Holden Commordore?

5x114.3 (or 5 on 4.5).

Offset varies depending on which Q you refer to. Mine is 38 mm.

its an 1990 Q45, so its 114.5 then? Whats the offset?
