Q45 Security System going nuts

I have a 93 G50. I removed the battery a few days ago and ever since then, every time I put the key in the IGN, the dash lights and parking lights go nuts. It cycles 3 times for 30 sec each. I've been going through the FSM but with no luck. Also, I don't have the key fob.

Any Suggestions?

Use the non-valet key on the drivers door. If you're using that key, try it in the pass door. It could be the drivers side door lock "sensor" has gone out.
