Q45's are V8's... are their ignition chips compatible with the SR20DET??

It's strange how they are all V8's but then I've read somewhere where they are compatible (Ignition Chip). Can anyone confirm this.

This ignition chip will go in a S13 REDTOP SR20DET. Thanks...

yes they are v8's and yes they are compatible. There are two ignitor chips, one for the left bank and one for the right bank. I foget which side it is, but the one you want is the ignitor for cylinders #1-4. If you go to sport compact car website and search the project silvia section, the part # is in there. That's how I ordered mine. Works perfectly. Hope this helps. Regards
