Q45 runs but no electrical accessories work?

Hi people,92 Q45 starts and runs fine, but all of a sudden no electrical accessories work -- brake lights, headlights, radio, power windows, etc. Is there some kind of a main fuse under the hood that could have blown?

There are 2 main fuses under the hood. check them both.
