Q45 Rotor swap
I know there are alot of posts about this, but i dont wanna search hundreds of posts, sooo, can I swap z32 slotted rotors qon a 1990 Q45, just the rotors, not a calipers....

No. Or yes, but your can't use the G50 calipers.

i have slotted rotors on my Q made for the Q they are made by Centric (they purchased powerslot).i lalso have a set of z32 calipers (aluminum) for sale if you want....James1990_q wrote:I did the research and didn't get the answers I wanted..

What does one gain by swapping identical weight rotors? The extra 2 mm of thickness is primarly just air space..............why they don't weigh more.

ive never done it, but i dont see why using Z32 rotors on a Q would not work.. its only 2mm thickness difference, but theyre easier to find and cheaper.
