Ok, I called over 20 machine shops none of them will drill my 5lug Q45 rotors to 4lug for me. The one guy said he would for 200$

So that leaves me to doing it my self. What tools do you recommend.

I think I need a 1/2" bit and drilling oil.I will also use C clamps to keep the rotors together.I have read that I should use smaller bits and work my way up.

If I don't have access to a Drill press can I use a 110V electric drill.?

Is there any other details I need to know?

Thanks guys

you should take the q45 rotors back and get 4lug rotors, they work the same and you don't have to drill, i've had the q45 brakes with powerslot 240 rotors on my car 4 a good 6 months with out any problems.

4lugs from what car?

You talking about the standard 240sx rotors?

yeah, you didn't change the lugs you just changed the caliper, stockers will work and you don't have to go through the hassel of drilling and making the rotors weaker.
