Q45 rear camera for '03 M45 with Navi

Does anyone know if the rear camera system on the Q45 will work on a '03 M45 with Navi? The two displays look the same, I was thinking that I could find the system and fit it onto my M.

Anyone have a prospective?

I wouldn't see any reason why it shouldn't work. From what I understand the electronics are the same between the two cars. I would find the wiring and specs for the Q and what the camera uses then reference to the M to see if it has all the same connections and what not. I would think it would be a plug and play option with minimal modifications. keep us posted this is definately something I would like to know the possibility of.
