what is the use of that plug



i search the manual and did not find anything about it

It looks the same as the OBD-1 consult plug and is in a similar location to other vehicles (my wife's and daughter's Accords). Pic below shows the OBD-2 code reader plug on left and OBD-1 on right. Two different shapes. If your Q is a 2000 you should have an OBD-2 connector somewhere.

That is the Nissan CONSULT diagnostics port to hook up the Nissan Consult tool.

Yeah on the OBDII cars you got the regular OBDII port and the consult port...

The consult is the nissan specific diagnostic tool that dealerships have to run various diagnostic tests and stuff.
