Q45 problems

First...hello to all out in the internet world!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!I have a 1990 Q45 I just replaced the starter recently and now all of a sudden I am haveing all kinds of wierd problems. I went to the store the other day and when I came out the starter was turning over, and the keys were in my hand. To make it more interesting when I try to replace a blown fuse under the hood marked HAZAED LAMP the starter turns over. What am I doing wrong!!!!

Bad starter relay?
