My '95 Q, 100K. New to me July '04. It really is a dark green not blue. May try again in sun. I may even wash it next time!

Very, very nice!

And I still like the look of those rims (had them on my 1995 Q45) ... if only they had been 16" or 17" or ... dare I say ... 18"!

Very handsome.

What a stately, elegant beast she is, even in stock form.

Looks like a well maintained example of a 95. Looks like mine before I changed the rims. zerothread?id=112433 Good luck with your Q.

Paint code DJ2. It will change in the sun, shade, night and indirect lighting.

Looks real nice bob!!!

I love the DJ2 color.. It looks black most of the time when you look from an angle but you can tell its green..... First time people glance at my car (when its not in direct sunlight) they think its black...

Unfortunately my paint has faded a little and its not as dark and rich as it once was...

Is that different from the emerald green on 90-93 Qs?

Its the same color code so i might assume that it is the same color... However i noticed that the 9093 DJ2 color looks a little darker than the 94s.. The 9093 has more of a blackness to it, the 94 is a bit greener.....

I know they make them in a 5 lug in proper offset.

The Q needs a full faced wheel, like what Rob or Sijoko has on their Q, or a flat faced 5 or 6 spoke wheel.. I think aynthing that looks like it bows out in the middle looks bad on the Q.. I like the BMW wheels where they taper slightly inward.. My wheels kind of do that...

I think that the wheels on my Q are pretty much timeless, too bad theyre in crappy shape.. A little polishing will do them great good!
Gr8 pic Wes! Yes, I guess the DJ2 is going to look blue in pics. I thought maybe my little Kodak had a pblm...

The main problem is the resizing..... It takes away some of the contrast..

I love the DJ2 color tho, i just wish mine was in better shape!

I'd taken many pics & they were all blue with the Kodak. I just got a Nikon 7600 yesterday & it shows the 'real' color. :-)

<edit> today's photo.

Eh, lose the power box!

DJ2 always changes with the light.

That was my very 1st 'test' pic with the new camera, it's still less than 24hrs old. I will plan the next pic a little better.

Wes, so you think mine looked darker than yours the other day? I guess that I assumed they were identical so I didn't pay attention! Now I want a second look!
