I'm not sure if this is the right place for this... but oh well.

Tomorrow morning I am going to look at a 1990 Q45 that a guy near me is selling as parts. Is there anything anybody needs off of it?

I can pull and ship the parts myself. Shipping will be cheap, and the guy selling the parts will be cheap as well. No charge for my assistance, since all y'all are like family.

He claims the engine is messed up after a timing problem... so I would refrain from requesting any parts from the top end that are subject to damage.

I know people need parts and this is a great opportunity. Please let me know ASAP!! I will check this topic constantly between now and then, so throw in a reply.

Also, he said all of the body parts and panels are in great shape... but I won't ship these parts (well i guess i COULD). If you are near the Rochester/Syracuse area in NY you might luck out though.

Sadly, there's not a ton of value in used first generation Q parts these days. The throttle body will bring $80-$100 on eBay if it's a non TCS version. You can sometimes get a bit out of the injectors if they're working...

There may be some market for the seat controls on the doors, since they were only that style for one year.
