Can an oil pump be replaced without the engine being pulled?

yes. then comes the however. why do you need a pump?

Extremely rare to have a bad oil pump, however a sludged up engine with plugged up pick up screen is common. Or a loose crankshaft pully from improper tighten [after a guide or front main seal replacement] thus no/low oil pressure.

Yes.

Its held in by 4 (12mm) bolts.

Be sure and replace the seals on the back of the casing.
