q45 maintenance history report

im having a hard time getting infiniti customer affairs to release the maintenance history report for my q. they keep saying that it has private information on it but i dont see what that has to do with telling me what was done to the car while it was still under warranty. i was able to get a report for my last q 2 years ago. does any one have a number i can call besides the 800-662-6200
