Q45 maf conversion for a 26

wondering how different the maf sigs are between the two stock r32 26 mafs and a q45 maf, im using a neo afc and the instructions for the afc had me wire both the r32 maf sig wires together, then into the afc, then split again before the ecu so the ecu get the same sig going in. ne ideas on settign on the afc to comp for the maf swap?
