Q45 Lug Nut Size?

Anyone know what the size of the q45 lug nuts are for a 1991 Q?

The other concern is the taper at the end of the lug nut and how it fits against the wheel. I went through a long afternoon of looking for replacements for one wheel about a year ago and finally called Joe. Much cheaper than what I was finding around town, and it was actually the right part too!
