q45 just started running rough almost chugging

Hi

i'm new to tis forum and I need some advice.

My 92 Q45 started running like a train today sorta chugging at low speeds, noticable vibration in interior. It is a family owned car never really driven hard, well not yet. It has 248,000 on the o.d. all scheduled maintanence performed by the dealer, regular oil changes, timing chain issue addressed thanks to youse guyse. Today was a low point in the fuel tank's life, I have never let it get as low as my fiance did today, maybe that caused it. I filled it up and let it sit but still it runs rough. Maybe its a fouled plug where are they? I see no wires or plugs wtf? fuel filter location maybe it has trash in it.?please help me out i love this car.

No maintenance history provided, so very difficult for us to guess.

New filters within the last year? If not, now's the time. Get them from JOe or the dealer.

When was fuel pump replaced? Have you ohm tested yhour injectors?

Steady diet of ISO-HEET and BG44K?
