You guys won't believe what happened to me yesterday. I was out jogging at 5ish in the afternoon. After I finished a couple laps around the park, I headed back to my car. As I was disarming the alarm, ready to jump back into my car I hear police sirens emanating from a distance.

I can hear sirens screaming closer and engines roaring. At the corner of the block, I can see a first gen, badged black Q45 roaring towards me trailed by a late 80's Cadillac. Both cars came peeling from the corner just as police cars turned the corner and others were making their way from the opposite direction. The crooks bailed from their cars after seeing they had no way to go and hauled a** into the homes nearby. I counted 5 different guys veering off into all different directions, hopping fences while one came out with a revolver, another a shotgun and dumped them in the bushes of the property.

I was shocked and just stood there, dropping my bottled water as one of the cops pulled right in front of me and told me freeze. It took him awhile to realize that I was there for my daily jog but probably mistakened me for one of the suspects because of the car I was driving.

In the end, all but one of the suspects were hauled into the "paddy wagon." The guys were busted for armed robbery of a pawn shop in downtown. Police recovered both weapons used in the heist and over $11,000 worth of pawned jewelry, cash and sports memorabilia of all things...

A group of NICO guys finding an unattended early Q on the side of the road would be like the scene in MadMax where they find the gasoline tanker...

Kind of humorous, really.

I LOVE the MadMax movies especially the early ones.

Keep coming up with schemes in my head to keep my Q running for decades in the post apocalyptic wasteland... (sorry too much "Fallout" playing:oface)

Fred....:)
