q45 ignitor help!!

i know every where has the diagrams but this is my problem i bought a motor then went out and bought a brand new harness, but the last owner used a j30 ignitor which has 6 pins and i need to no how am i gonna wire this if i dont have the original plugs going to coilpacks and have stock sr plug on other side. if it could be done by color then how??
