I am in the market for a flex plate for my 96Q- found someone who is offering one for sale for a somewhat reasonable price { $50 plus shipping} and need to know what to look for, besides the teeth not chipped or bent/missing, to be able to decide if it is in good condition? Anything to look for, measure, inspect? Help!!

That would have been nice!!!! Between the labor to R&R transmission, new turbine sensor, starter, oil seal and transmission tailshaft seal, it is a big expense!!!!

I am looking for a flexplate for an automatic CA18DET engine that's in a 1990 240sx. Does anybody have one in good condition? My motor is already out of the car so I need it like yesterday. Please email me at [email protected] for faster response if you do. Thanks

I didn't realize there was such a thing as big dogs and small dogs here. I thought this was a place to find help and have discussions. My bad...

Well, anyone else that doesn't think it's beneath them to talk to me little dog, has something constructive to answer? Still looking for that flexplate. Thanks.

You are in the Q45 specific forum.......try the correct forum for your model car, as it is quite different from the Q . Not that difficult of a concept.
