Q45 engine head design/spark plug indexing?

I did a search, but couldn't find any info on spark plug indexing for any of the Q45 engines. I'm going to change out the factory plugs next week and am wanting to hear if plug indexing works with the cylinder head design or if the electrode is already centered in the piston bore???Nitro-Nicky

Just run the factory NGK platinum plugs and dont worry about anything else...

Except for the valve cover gaskets!!!!!

Both plugs and gaskets last about the exact same length of time, why one does both together to avoid repeat labor!!!!
