q45 emission test

took the 96q for the maryland emission test last week,what a disappointment!in previous tests,they put the car on a dyno and gave you a printout of % of gasses,etc,it was useful to see if your car was needing servicing by comparing to previous tests.now, all they do on 96 and newer{obd2}is connect a gizmo to the obd2 port and report if any codes are stored-which would light the check engine lamp anyway-totally useless way to collect a tax !
