I am going to put a 90-96 Q45 diff with 3.54 gear in my 240.

Wondering if it matters if the donor car had traction control or abs?

I have heard you need the axles from a 300zxtt and a Q45.both the driver side 300zxtt I heard for the driver side and Q45 for the passenger side.

Anyone know if this is true and why?

Thanks

not sure if it's true, but if that's the case, then it's possibly to deal with different lengths needed to get the axle to clear the distance from the hub to output shaft.

you mean the Q45 diff with Q45 axles? Why do you need to change the cover if you are replacing the whole diff?

Thanks
