Nothing a $2000 under plenum job cant fix! Take a flashlight and shine it deep inside the valley under the top of engine intake manifold{ the spider looking thing called the plenum} the coolant hoses deep under there are the most likely cause{you will see the pool of antifreeze} Common issue that affects EVERY old q45, usually around 80-100,000 miles- there are about 35 hoses under there that deteriorate with age and exposure to the massive heat buildup under there. The parts will run about $1500, or can be purchased for about $1000 as a specially priced kit from sponser "Infiniti of scottsdale".Labor is about 7 hours at most qualified shops to perform this procedure.
Search this site for plenum job- common and well documented information here concerning this issue.
