Clarion 6cd (I have), and sony 10cd....... All those will hook right up.......

The sony 10cd isnt too good, it seems to die..... Most people go from the 10cd to the more reliable 6cd......

There may be more, im not sure.......

I think what satch means is, which ones will be "plug-and-play".

Not all of the Sonys or Clarions are set up to connect right up to the Bose harness in the Q.

I will be doing some research on this as well, as my CD changer is unfortunately beyond repair. :(

Anybody got a number to Sony? We could call them and ask if they (or Bose) makes an adapter...

Ah - I was wondering who he was!

What a cool guy - We've been conversing pretty regularly via email.

Anybody whose dad rolls an old-school Q is a lucky guy in my book. :D

Anyone got a working wired display unit for the Sony 10 disk changer? The one in my 93 was destroyed by the previous owner.

Thanks,

Andy

Contact Rex. He has a complete pristine factory 10 CD set-up for a pre 1994 Q45. I bet his price is very close to what the controller head unit will cost from Joe, if it is even still available.__________________Brian1995 Q45 & Q45t & 2000 Q45
