Q45 CD player woes

Hi, I'm not too comfortable understaning this site but here it goes.

I'm looking for the CD player (the component that is installed on the console) for a '92Q. Or where can I take / send mine for repair. I have no idea what's wrong except it's not the fuse.

Also, any good recommendations on where to get dash and radio lights replaced?

I'm located in Redondo Beach, CA.
