So I found a set of Q45 brakes, but it doesn't have the caliper brackets. The seller said that he wasn't using the Q45 brackets, but the stock s14 brackets.

Is this the case? Will the Q45 calipers bolt up to the s14 brackets?

I know it's only been a few hours, but I am traveling to get them tomorrow, so if anyone knows, please let me know.

Just bring a jack and some wrenches with you. Take your tire off when you get there, take out the caliper bolts and swing yours to the side and try to bolt up the q45 calipers. No fluid mess or anything....if they bolt up then put yours back on put your tire back on and go home and swap them out and bleed them. I don't think any one here has ever got calipers w/o brackets.

I would just bring my car and do so, but I'm traveling with my daughter to a nearby specialty hospital, so bringing the S14 isn't an option with all her medical equipment. It's a 3 hour trip, haha.

I don't think they interchange like that. You might as well just wait and get a full set. There's no reason to just buy the piston side unless you're getting them for $20.
