Q45 Brake upgrade question

I am currently looking in to upgrading my brakes and I have a few questions.I want to do the q45 upgrade and I was wondering what year Q I should get the brakes from?Also when using the Q45 calipers do I need to also use the mounting brackets for those calipers.My last question is can I use the 2003 sentra se-r rotors so that I wont have to redrill the Q rotors?

I also want to know this. BTW where would you go about getting the rotors redrilled? (if the SER ones dont work)

Well I decided not to go with the sentra brakes.I am going q45.As far as drilling , my friend has a jig.
