I have a 94 Q45 with the Bose cassette player with CD controller. Are there other Cd changers that are compatible with the Bose head unit, or is the factory changer the only one that will work?

The controll unit that rides on the palyer is proprietary.

At one time, Clarion made a 6 CD changer that was available through Infiniti dealers. Might check with Joe.
