I haven't seen one used in a 91, but I used a Nissan adapter to put a 97 or so unit out of a Pathfinder in my 94. A search for "pathy swap" should turn up some results.

You'll need to compare the connections on the back of yours with the adapter.

I have a CD changer out of a 90 or 91 Q that I wanted to use in mine, but they're too different so I never used it. It's for sale .

are you selling cd changer only? i still need a new deck to control it right?

so basically i can get cd player for other nissan vehicles from ebay, as long as i get the nissan adapter, is that what you saying?

P.S. i tried "pathy swap" didnt come up with anything...?

I have an CD changer from an older one that's for sale $120 shipped, maybe a few bucks less. I just want what I paid for it back. Yes, I know some would say that's too much to ask.

Your car should allow you to use this without a new HU, as the pre-94's used an external controller, and it's included in what I have. Here's a pic of the unit and controller.

Had to search archived content, but I found it.
