q45 90MM throttle body

Can you bolt up the Q45 90MM throttle body to the SR without any changes? What kind of performance would this give you? What is the stock sixe of the throttle body also. I know on maximas they take the pathfinder throttle body but that takes some modding to fit. Thanks guys
