Hey, so I recently bought my Q40. I need to know where to start on increasing HP the right way. I have made mistakes with other cars in the past and paid dearly. I want to build it up the right way over time, starting small going from there.

Thanks

Depends on what your overall goals are, but, the biggest bang for your buck is probably installing high-flow catalytic converters with a cat-back. I would pair that with an intake and then get a tune. More air in, more air out, and if a custom tune you can get better power results.

Appreciate it. My overall goal is to turbo.

If I turbo, do I need to beef anything else up to prevent spitting parts?

Make sure you have a large tranny cooler and don't go too crazy with boost. mid-400whp is probably fine with the transmission. For the motor just make sure you have a proper tuner do his thing.

Will I have to get a custom turbo? I'm not seeing anyone making turbos for the Q40
