I know, I know... should have timed it better so I could watch her roll over while redlined... maybe I'll do that with Q2 in about 10 years.

Weird how much I enjoyed this little milestone... I always thought of the next 1000 mile mark as being that much closer to the junk yard - but this was kind of cool.

Awesome! It is amazing how well these cars feel, even with nearly a quarter million miles on them.

I can relate to the comment about the junk yard. Layla is testing me. She needs a new evap fan, right headlight bulb. left turn signal lense, front bumper repainted, MAF connector, door local control module, right rear window regulator, CD changer repair, trans flush, oil change, AC charge, and a rock chip on the windshield repaired.

She is at 232K and still getting 22 mpg on the highway.

I had to push a Mustang Cobra last night, to let him know some 4-door cars aren't so easy to eat. He was a little suprised, that he had to stay in it through 3rd. I think his GF wasn't so impressed with his Flowmasters after that. I like it when they have to take those little Fords with huge 4.6's all the way to redline, just to save face against a HUGE Infiniti, with a little 4.5.

This is the muffler I run on my 90 Q. I absolutely love it, kinda a mix of a 4.6 ford sound, with a lower rumble.

I think there's a few Mustang owners out there that are looking to make me involuntarily part out my car so it never embarasses them again...

Thx for the part number; did it go in with any hassles? besidescustom pipes to join the dual pipes at the diff?

Also, how's 95th and Metcalf, still the busiest traffic light in town??
