Q Windows,Seat,Sunroof??

I've been told that the sunroof rails should be greased periodically as preventative maintenance to keep things moving smoothly. Is there anything that can be done for the power seats and windows. I occassionally hear a noise from under the driver's seat when I remove the key from the ignition and the memory function resets, moving the seat back. Also occassional noise on driver window when lifting up.
