Code 21: Check and clean the Camshaft Position Sensor connectors.

Code: 14: Check the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) circuit. Does the Speedometer function?

Do you have a Laptop Consult connector?

Does your car have Traction Control System (TCS)?

Have you replaced the spark plugs anytime soon or were near the area of the power transistors?

Did they do the Power Balance test only once? If they wanted to be more accurate they would do it a couple of times then average the results. Or even better do it under full load (In gear, A/C ON and headlights/rear defogger ON) a couple of times and average those results against the unloaded ones (In Park, Neutral, A/C OFF and headlights/rear defogger OFF).

Well I am making a program and if your interested in helping out even a little let me know. If so I will let you see my current progress/plans and trust me you will be shocked.

One Power Balance (PB) test won't say much. But at $125 for a 2 minute tests thats extremely overpriced. I once asked a dealer service manager if the PB test is included in the BG Fuel Injector service and he said no. I asked how much for one test and he said $120. I asked them how long it will take and they said a minute. I said, so $225 all said and done and he said yeah.

Call me crazy but I think at least ONE Power Balance test before and after the fuel/intake service should be done for free. God forbid we use a second more of the techs time.
