this will be my 1st oil change since i got my 95 Q45 at auction. I will go synthetic-what is the absolute hands down best synthetic oil & viscosity for Lost Angel-less weather? and if the answer is one of those 15k mi amsoil products- can I change that oil filter myself every 3k with minimal dripage when i pop off the filter-how hard is it to do it myself on this Q. what idiosyncricies will i encounter.tips to ease the greasy frustration--or should i leave it to the oil change experts- how bout synth transmission fluid change also.what brands.Happy Holloween fr Venice CA

Why not waste some conventional oil/filters say every week or 250 miles to try to make up for previous owners assuredly bad habits.

Then after 1,000 miles switch to synthetics.
