91Q , I replaced the original 4 rotors 2 years ago at 100Kmi. They probabely warped at approx. 90Kmi. when the pedal started pulsating and the dealer cut them for the last time. My brake pads usually last 17-20Kmi. What are you guys experiencing with these rotors . Currently 128Kmi. on my Q .

I am more sensitive to any warp than most so I end up truing my rotors every 6,000 miles or so [just a light 0.003-0.005" cut] to bring them back into spec.

Waiting to feel the pulsations in the brake pedal means the warps are 4-5-6 times worse than spec.

A slight side to side quiver in the steering wheel at 60-70 mph upon braking means you have just exceeded spec = 0.0028" of lateral runout.

New front rotors have a 0.03937" excess so about some combo of 13 cuts less wear from abrasion [1 get around 40,000 miles plus 6 cuts].

Most peoples Q quiver and vibrate so much they don't notice the brakes until very very late in the warp cycle!
