Ok... so I cleaned up the question a little to make it a little more intelligible.

My answer. Yes. It is thoroughly UN-PC. Is it accurate? Maybe...but, you would still be referring to the person in a slang sense. And, since f***** is a relatively archaic term it is unlikely they would understand the meaning of your double-entendre.
