How hard is it to change out the electric fan in a 94Q? Does the radiator have to come out? Or, can you work it out from the front/top?

Thanks!

AM I looking at this wrong, or do you have to pull the radiator and a/c condensor? What a pain! I cannot see how it could come out of the front or the bottom. It is disconnected right now -- what is the down side to driving it like that for a while? No noticable difference in the water temp or cooling of the AC.

One normally replaces the condenser fan when you replace the condenser due to its age [usually every 10 years] and bent oxidized fins to return oem AC to 100% of new capacity.

Most let the system slowly rot and put up with the annual 3-4% cumlative decline waiting until a total failure then skimp on repairs.

The interior temp gauge is designed to be very inaccurate around normal temps to avoid worrying owners...........from 174F to 210F there may be no visable mivement in the needle...................this is scarey since during an overheat the needle may suddenly move higher for just a few moments then run out of sensor range and return to center while the engine melts
