Parking lights turned on and off by themselves yesterday, key out. Driving after my dash lights and tail lights turned off and my windows stopped working, when I parked the car the flip ups wouldn't go down. Blew a fuse. Replaced the fuse next day but the battery was dead so I bought a new one since the car was overdue for one. Thought I needed an alternator cause the car wouldn't charge so took it off got it tested. The alternator was good, just the main 75amp fuse blew in such a weird spot I didn't realize it was bad. Put the alternator back on, put the fuse in, put the battery in. My parking lights are permanently on. Check everything, fuses, relays, combination switch, tcu, literary every electrical component, I replaced the window switch with a known good one, same with amplifier.
The lights stay on no matter what you pull out. I unplugged the ign switch, compination switch (and everything else by the column.), gauge cluster, hazard switch, dimmer, flip up switch. Every single relay and fuse was out, and the lights still stayed on.
The only ways I can turn off the parking lights are:
disc battery
disc lights
take out the main 75amp fusible link
or take out the Power window and flip up light fusible link (brown and green), both cause if you take one out the lights still stay on.
I am pretty good with electronics, never had problems, but I have ran out of ideas.
Please help, and thank you.
