I just got some 90 300ZX Twin Turbo brake calipers out of a totaled ZX, which the brake lines where cut and the calipers taken off and sitting in the back of the car. There was only one pair with the car, so I don't know if these are the front calipers or the backs or what the difference is between the front and back.

So after that's figured out, I need to find out how to put them one my 91 240SX SE coupe. I saw the tech deal on 240SX.org and is wasn't very helpful. This is also the first time I'm going to be doing something like this so I'm going to need all the help I can get thanks.:help Nick :help

There is plenty of help on the forum for this modification. A search will bring these up.

Also, you can check out

The calipers will have 4 pistons in them if they are the front brakes. The thing to pay attention to is the brake lines and the width of the rotor it takes. You need to get are brake lines that will mate up with the S13 hardline and the Z32 caliper. On the subject of the rotor width, you said you got them off a 1990 Z32 TT. This would make the rotor width 30mm. All dimensions for the rotor are: 280mm x 30mm

Get the lines, pads, and rotors and you should be all set. Use those instructions above and I think you'll do fine.

Okay I have the 2 piston calipers, in that, it means I have the 300ZX's rear brakes. Is there any difference in swaping the rear brakes, or is it pretty much the same as the front brake swap?

For that, I refer you to this webpage.

http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm

Full swap of the brake system including changing out the master cylinder. The biggest issue with the rear is getting the e-brake to work. You will be pulling apart the suspension. Not a major deal as long as you keep track of everything. It will take some time and care. Usually you only see the front's replaced. For the full system the 300ZX master cylinder is highly recommend for the swap to bring the feel back. Watch out for the diameter sizes as mentioned in the article:

"I have discovered that Nissan used a 15/16", 1" as well as 1 1/16" master cylinder in 300ZX. There doesn't seem to be a method to the madness, so make sure you know which one you are buying. I used the 1 1/16" MC for my swap."http://importnut.net/240pics/b...2.JPG

Good luck

I got my 1-1/16" master cylinder from a 89 non turbo 300zx. I hope this help finding the parts, but you just have to look at the cylinder your self...
