Put upper oil pan from 350Z to pathfinder

Hi, I from Chile, I changed the engine of my buggy from SRDE to VQ35DE. The size of both engines are similar but the upper oil pan of the pathfinder is more higest than the SR20. I have interference with the lower tubes on my buggy so I had to cut the tubes to put the new engine (see image N°1). Serarching on ebay, I saw that the 350Z/Maxima/Murano upper oil pan is shortly comparing with the Pathfinder so I´m thinking in to buy the upper oil pan and put on my pathfinder engine. Im not sure if it fit, the block is the same, the only diference is the oil disptick location.

Any knows if it fits? what happens with the sump?
