Put KA back in, now it's acting retarded...

Okay,

I put the stock singlecam KA back in my hatch, and now it's not running right.

When I first start it, I have to keep it in neutral and rev so it won't die, when I come a stop light I have to pu it in neutral so it doesn't die (drive + brake = stall).

I raised the idle to right around 2k rpm, But it didn't help. As soon as I put it in reverse or drive i have to hit the gas or it will stall. After i've driven the car for a few minutes, it get a little better, but not much. The car is also burning a lot of gas, getting about 13-14 mpg.

I changed plugs, cables, put new air filter on, cleaned out throttle body, checked IAC valve and nothing. My guess is the cat or stock muffler are backed up, what do U guys think??

do a compression test. and clean your mass air flow senser. thats all i got.
