ok first dont hate just an idea

grrrrr im not sure if im mad at nissan or just sad. My plan is ruined till a new grill comes out. i wanna make it different like someting cool and funny. For example, like the infiniti G 35 - G 25 lol or somthing like that. i want to do this so people are like "hey wait wat is that". I just ordered my infiniti rims so it would go b/c they already say infiniti....or is this dumb....i could take the burger off n put an infiniti symbol n then itd look pretty sick i think. And since i got a 2.5 i think G25 could work

????

i just want my **** diff from everyone elses and i want people to be like "wait wat is it" bc i already get that bc im debadged i just want to be that guy i think .... lol

there's so much anger and hostility. i am not a fan of the nissan logo but making it look like an infiniti is whackness. making an infiniti car w/ nissan logo is ok since in other places infiniti does not exist. ive some some RSX with a red honda logo. thats weird but ok.

It might be understandable if you put on the G35/G37 symbol because the cars have similar basic design, but why on earth would you put on a M35 symbol? The 2 cars don't even look similar, it's like sticking a Bentley Badge on a Chrysler 300.

look if you wanna JDM it how the G37 is the 370GT out in Japan then head that route... they save those sporty names for the coupes usually 350z, 240sx, 370gt, etc... you can find some badgin and go 250s for a 2.5 or 350se for the 3.5... that was my old idea, but it got rained on too. but don't go from nissan to infiniti...

OK guys, I'm not a moderator, but seriously, let's keep the personal attacks to a minimum. Phenom, my friend, I gotta tell you, you should really work on that anger thing of yours. You've already chased down a car that cut you off, and now you're arguing/yelling/ cursing at grown men on a computer

I think what folks are trying to say is that, for one, the A/C got enough slack from G35 owners when it first came out by them calling it a "poor man's G35.." but due to the facts that

1. The A/C has as many if not more luxury features than the older G35s2. The A/C is faster than all but 07 manual G35s3. The A/C costs only a couple grand less than a G35,

they soon realized that this was a stupid and factually incorrect comment, and was probably just being passed around to make the G35 guys feel better about the fact that they have a slower more expensive car (without push button start and Intellikeys)

OK, so with that said, many folks still continue to call A/C owners posers, which as mentioned before is a dumb statement. Many folks also feel that 2.5's that debadge are posers simply by debadging (either trying to pose as a 3.5 or trying to pose as a G35)

In any case, its obvious that there are gonna be a range of opinions out there regarding having a 2.5 A/C in the first place... now you add on debadging and rebadging as an Infiniti, it almost leads credence to their beliefs (even though that may not be your goal at all)

So I would say no to the Infiniti symbol, but I love your idea of making your coupe your coupe... but whatever you do, do it for you, not for us. In other words, don't even ask guys on here what they think, just do it, and then post it. But when you post it, don't ask guys what they think then either.. just add a disclaimer that anyone that doesn't like your idea can just keep it moving, or just not look at your thread.

I personally feel that debadging your car and calling it a 250 GT would be pretty unique and it still keeps with the Nissan theme, and doesn't at all try to make your car look like you're posing as a G35.

I just want to say that firstly I don't think it's a very good idea to try to badge your car into something it's not. It's like those ricer civics with the huge mufflers that go driving by the street and everyone just laughs at them. But it is your car and you should do what you want with it, even if no one agrees with you

Second thing, I think the reason you're getting flamed so much is your English/grammar skills (or lack thereof). I usually try to avoid from bugging people about their grammar, spelling and such because I understand that for lots of people English is not their first language. But your posts can be really, really hard to understand sometimes. A bit of punctuation and some proper spelling would go a long ways in people taking you more seriously and not flaming you. I'm not saying it has to be perfect, but this isn't AIM and some people will see a post like yours and flame you for sounding like a little child. I don't mean any offense here, but please please try to work on the punctuation and spelling just a little
