Pushing air out of the intake

Spent the last 16 hours puting in my ka24det into my 95 240 sx se and it is pushing air out of the intake instead of going in it is timed correctly as far as wolf technolgy is concerned

but i think that the cams are 180 out. the number one lobe is pointing exact opp of each other, at tdc if they are 180 then they need to put at each other and that would go against what this says
